Facilities

Below is some useful information about what is included and the facilities available for all apartments: 

• Fuel and power included in the rental price.  There is gas central heating throughout the property. 
• Bed linen and towels included in the rental price.
• Roadside parking outside property on first come, first served basis.  No parking fees or permits.  There is usually sufficient on street parking near the property.  
• Free WiFi.
• All apartments are self contained and meet the new fire regulations for self catering properties.  
• Space underneath the stairs on the ground floor to keep a bike or pram / buggy. 
• Additional space in the rear yard with locked gate to keep bikes and other equipment.  
• Travel cot and high chair. 
• During peak season, check in is at 4.00 pm and check out is 10.00 am.  Outside the main holiday season, we can usually provide an earlier check in.  
• Due to the age and configuration of the bulding, we don't have a lift to access the 1st and 2nd floors.   

We also provide the following items:  tea towels, cleaning products, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, small supply of tea, coffee and sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper, soap, bath mat and toilet rolls.
